East Frisian Blend

East Frisian (Ostfriesian), located on the North Sea in northern Germany, is known for its heavy tea consumption. They even have a tea ceremony: rock sugar is placed in a cup, strong tea is added, and some cream is poured down the inside of the cup forming a "rose" pattern in the tea.

Our East Frisian is a strong blend of Assam black teas from India. Wonderful with a splash of milk.
