A light bodied tea with slight hints of honey and rose, Organic White Peony has numerous white tips or buds and undergoes the least amount of processing (just pick and dry). Sometimes spelled "Mutan" or "Mudan" (which means "peony" in Chinese). Grown in Fujian Province in Southeast China.
